摘　　要：科学发展观是我们党在十六大以来推进理论创新取得的最集中最重要理论成果。科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是推进社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设全面发展必须长期坚持的指导方针,是检验党的建设的重要标准。坚持贯彻科学发展观与加强党的执政能力建设是双向互动的过程,一方面,科学发展观对党的执政能力建设提出了一系列新要求,赋予了鲜明的时代特征和丰富的内涵;另一方面,执政能力建设又从思想上、组织上、作风上和制度上为贯彻落实科学发展观提供了有力的保证。Scientiflc development view is an important theory achievement of the CPC＇ s 16th National Congress in theory innovation. It is the embodiment of the development world outlook and methodology, the guiding policy to propel the socialist economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and all - round social construcfion, and the important criterion to test the CPC＇ s construction. To carry out the scientific development view will help the construotion of the CPC＇ s ruling power. On the one hand, the view includes some new requirements and contents of the time characteristics. On the other hand, the construction of the CPC＇ s ruling power has provided a powerful guarantee for the implementation of the scientific development view in ideology, organization, style, and regulations.
