摘  要:采用紫外、荧光、粘度法研究了白杨素-6-磺酸钠、白杨素-6磺酸双核锌及白杨素-6-磺酸四核钙与小牛胸腺DNA的结合常数分别是KNa=1.52×104L.mol-1、KZn=3.56×104L.mol-1和KCa=1.54×104L.mol-1。实验结果表明,白杨素-6-磺酸双核锌和白杨素-6-磺酸四核钙;白杨素-6-磺酸钠与DNA间的作用方主要为静电结合。The interactions of sodium chrysin-6-sulfonate[ Na(C15H8O7S) ,dinuclear zinc complex Zn( C15H8O7S) (DMSO) ]2 and tetra-nuclear calcium coplex [ Ca( C15H8O7S) (H2O) (DMSO) ] 3 Ca(C15H8O7S) ( DMSO)2 with calf thymus DNA in Tris-NaCl buffer solution (pH = 7. 1 ) were investigated by the method of absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and viscosity. A comparison between the interactions of sodium chrysin-6-sulfonate and its complexes of Zn( Ⅱ) and Ca( Ⅱ ) with DNA was given. The apparent binding constants of them with DNA were found to be KNa = 1.52 × 10^4 L · mol^-1 ,Kzn =3.56 × 10^4 L · mol^-1 and KCa = 1.54 × 10^4 L · mol^-1. The results show that the interaction of complexes of Zn( Ⅱ ) and Ca( Ⅱ )with DNA are partially intercalated into the double helix of DNA. The interaction of sodium chrysin-6-sulfonate with DNA may be an electrostatic binding mode.
