摘  要:To analyze the monosaccharides composition and their molar ratio in Fuctus mume polysaccharide and Ligustrum japonica tea polysaccharide by using acetylation derivatization and capillary gas chromatography.The monosaccharides composition and their molar ratio of the Fuctus mume polysaccharide are: rhamnose:arabinose:xylose:mannose:glucose:galactose=0.65:4.96:0.93:1:7.03:8.61;the monosaccharides composition and their molar ratio of the Ligustrum japonica tea polysaccharide are: rhamnose:arabinose: xylose: mannose:glucose:galactose =1:3.31: 0.24:0.58:2.96:5.70.The method was established with the relative standard deviations and the recoveries being in the range of 0.37%~0.91% and 95.9 %~102.3 %,respectively.To analyze the monosaccharides composition and their molar ratio in Fuctus mume polysaccharide and Ligustrum japonica tea polysaccharide by using acetylation derivatization and capillary gas chromatography. The method was established with the relative standard deviations and the recoveries being in the range of 0. 37%~0.91% and 95.9 % ~ 102.3 %, respectively.
