摘  要:A new method for synthesizing 3-methyl-2-penten-4-yn-1-hyde has been devoloped.Starting start with acetone,methyl formate,bromoethane etc,target molecule was given after adol reaction,addion reaction,grignard reaction and hydrolyze reaction.Effects of dosage of EtMgBr and method of synthesis were studied.The process provides an eco-friendly,high yielding synthetic methodology.The yield of producing 3-methyl-2-penten-4-yn-1-hyde was up to 45%.All products were determined by 1H NMR.A new method for synthesizing 3-methyl-2-penten-4-yn-1-hyde has been devoloped.
