中脘“浮线”治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中脘浮线治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法80例患者随机分为治疗组(中脘浮线治疗)40例,对照组(针灸治疗)40例。结果治疗组临床治愈34例,治愈率85%;对照组临床治愈18例,治愈率45%,两组治愈率比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论中脘浮线治疗慢性胃炎具有选穴少,操作容易,使用方便,疗效确切的优点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point Zhongwan catgut embedding for treating chronic gastritis. Methods Eighty patients were randomly allocated to a treatment （catgut embedding） group of 40 cases and a control （acupuncture） group of 40 cases. Results Thirty four patients were clinically cured in the treatment group and 18 patients, in the control group. The cure rate was 85% in the treatment group and 45% in the control group. There was a significant difference in cure rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Point Zhongwan catgut embedding has the advantages of selecting few points, being easy to perform and convenient to use and producing an exact effect in treatment of chronic gastritis.
