电针配合牵引治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合牵引治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法将192例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,比较其治愈率和有效率。结果和结论电针牵引治疗组治愈率和有效率分别为43.75%和95.73%。西药对照组治愈率和有效率分别为29.17%和80.21%。经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义,说明电针配合牵引治疗颈性眩晕有良好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of eleetroaeupuneture plus traction for treating cervical vertigo. Methods One hundred and ninety-two patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The cure rates and effective rates were compared. Results and Conclusion The cure rate and effective rate were 80.21% and 95.73 %, respectively, in the eleetroaeupuneture plus traction group and 29.17% and 15.0%, respectively, in the Western medicine control group. A statistical analysis showed a significant difference, indicating that eleetroaeupuneture plus traction has clinically a good curative effect on cervical vertigo.
