摘　　要：外生殖器发育异常相关疾病的发病率正持续增加,而基于分子水平的外生殖器发育异常动物模型在外生殖器发育分子调控机制的研究中扮演着重要角色。本文就近年发展起来的这些动物模型建立的方法、机制以及模型动物种类的选择和比较进行了综述。The morbidity of the related diseases of external genitalia development abnormality has been increasing, and the animal models based on molecular level of external genitalia development abnormality play an important role in the studies about molecular regulatory mechanism. This text summarized these animal model about their establishing methods and mechanism as well as the selection and comparison of animal species recently.
