摘　　要：弹性蛋白是构成弹性纤维的主要成分,参与组成细胞外基质,赋予组织器官弹性。其表达受多种因素影响,表达的变化直接影响到所在器官功能。弹性蛋白表达的变化在女性应力性尿失禁中的作用日益受到重视,本文介绍了弹性蛋白表达的影响因素及其在女性应力性尿失禁中的应用。Elastin is the major component of elastic fiber, which participates in the formation of extracellular matrix and results in the elasticity of organ and tissues. Its expression is influenced by many factors,of which the changes can directly affect the function of its corresponding organs. The effect of its change in female SUI is attracting more attention. This review introduces study of elatin expression about its influential factors and application in female SUI.
