摘　　要：心肌冬眠是心肌适应性地下调其收缩功能以适应心肌血流的减少。冬眠心肌在概念演变、发生机制、能量物质代谢及形态学改变方面都有其自身的特点。以合理的检测方法检出冬眠心肌,并对心肌的缺血程度和范围进行评估,是选择冬眠心肌治疗方法的重要依据。The concept of myocardial hibernation implies a downregulation of contractile function as a adaptation to a reduction in myocardial blood flow. Hibernating myocardium has special characteristics in its evolution of concept, mechanisms, metabolism of energy substances as well as morphological alterations. Detection of hibemating myocardium by reasonable technique and assessmentation of ischemic myocardium in its degree and extent are the critical foundation in choosing the therapy of hibernating myocardium.
