摘　　要：糖尿病动脉硬化动物模型在病因学、病理学以及防治方面的研究中起着十分重要的作用。围绕糖尿病动脉硬化动物模型的建立方法、机制、实验动物的选择、模型的应用及评价等方面,综述糖尿病动脉硬化动物模型的研究进展,以期为该病的深入研究提供参考。Experimental animal model plays an important role in the study of etiology, pathology, prevention and cure of diabetic atherosclerosis, this article reviewed study progress of animal model with diabetic atherosclerosis based on its establishing method and mechanism, the choice of experimental animal as wen as the application and assessment of this model in order to provide information for further study of this disease.
