摘  要:将相对体积算法(VOF)扩展到三维圆柱坐标系,求解了多种条件下坩埚加速旋转过程中的流场,分析了坩蜗旋转加速度(ωa)、坩蜗半径(R)及最大转速(ωmmax)等因素对流场的影响计算结果与模拟实验的结论一致.各种条件下,ACRT过程的流场具有相同的变化趋势,逆时针流动与顺时针流动交替增强和减弱.The flow in the crucible during ACRT process is calculated with SOLA-VOF(a solution algorithm based on the concept of the volume of fluid).The effeCts of the rotation acceleration, the diameter,and the maximum rotation sped as well as its lasting time, of the crucible are studied through numerical calculations. For six groups of ACRT parameters, the evolution of the convection has the same trend .Among three kinds Of accelerations, 15rpm / s, 30rpm / s, and infinity,the medium one can make the strongest convection of the fluid in the crucible. As the diameter,or the maximum rotation speed, or its lasting time increases, the convection in the crucible will be enhanced .These results are consistent with those of the water simulation experiments by the same authors.
