摘 要:利用由98个家系组成的Nipponbare/Kasalath//Nipponbare回交重组自交系(backcross inbred lines,BIL)作图群体(BC1F12),用复合区间作图方法(CIM),对水稻4个异交相关性状进行了QTL分析。结果表明,开颖角度检测到2个QTL,分别位于第12染色体的C1069-R1709和R270-G2140区间,共解释性状变异的18.51%,2个位点的增效等位基因均来自Kasalath。柱头外露率检测到1个QTL,位于第3染色体的C63-C563区间,解释性状变异的15.99%,增效等位基因来自Kasalath。单花开花历时检测到1个QTL,位于第9染色体的G385-R2272区间,解释性状变异的10.75%,增效等位基因来自Kasalath。包颈长检测到3个QTL,分别位于第3染色体的C136-R250、第5染色体的R521-C1230和第10染色体的R2194-R1629区间,共解释性状变异的39.40%,qPEL-5位点的增效等位基因来自Nipponbare,qPEL-3和qPEL-10位点的增效等位基因均来自Kasalath。A mapping population of 98 backcross inbred lines (BC1 F12 ), derived from a backcross of Nipponbare (japonica) / Kasalath (indica) //Nipponbare by the single seed descent methods, was employed to map quantitative trait loci (QTL) of 4 traits relating to outcrossing in rice by composite interval mapping method. For angle of glumes opening, two QTLs were detected on chromosome 12, located at the region of C1069 - R1709 and R270 - G2140 on chromosome 12 respectively, which totally explained 18.51% of the phenotypic variance, the positive alleles effects were from Kasalath. For percentage of exserted stigma, one QTL, explained 15.99% of the phenotypic variance, located at the region of C63 -C563, was detected on chromosome 3, its positive allele was from Kasalath. For flowering duration per spikelet, one QTL located at the region of G385 - R2272, explained 10. 75% of the phenotypic variance, was detected on chromosome 9, its positive allele was from Kasalath. For panicle enclosure length, three QTLs were located at the region of C136 - R250 on chromosome 3 and R521 - C1230 on chromosome 5 and R2194 - R1629 on chromosome 10, which totally explained 39.40% of the phenotypic variance. On qPEL-5 locus, positive allele was from Nipponbare, while on qPEL-3 and qPEL-10 loci, the positive alleles were from Kasalath.
