摘 要:用常规工艺制备了(Pb0.5Ca0.5)TiO3陶瓷,并进行了1000℃长时间退火热处理.对其介电性能研究表明,退火前后试样在0.1~100kHz频率范围内均表现出典型的弥散相交和频率色散特性;经退火处理的试样弥散相交度增加,而频率色散度下降微结构研究表明(Pb0.5Ca0.5)TiO3陶瓷中存在着三种不同的有序结构-1/2{111},1/2{110}和1/2{100},退火试样表现出较高的有序度利用有序无序转变理论和超顺电模型对(Pb0.5Ca0.5)TiO3的介电弛豫行为作了探讨.(Pb0.5Ca0.5)TiO3(PCT) ceramics was synthesized by conventional POwder processing techniques. After long time annealing at 1000t, the dielectric behavior of both samples as sintered and annealed were inveStigated. The sample annealed showed less frequency dispersion (ATO), but more diffusiveness in the FE-PE phase transition (b). Microstructure analysis revealed that there are three kinds of superiattice-1/2{111}, 1/2{110}, and 1/2{100} coexisted in(Pb0.5Ca0.5)TiO3, ceramics and the ordering dead increased by long time annealing. The results suggested that frequency dispersion may be affected mainly by the ordering degree and the average size of ordered micredomains, while dosed phase transition may be ichuental by she distribution Of ordeal domains, local chemical inhomogeneity, defeCts etc.
