摘　　要：在讨论网络化制造环境下协作项目进度控制的概念、特点的基础上,给出了一个多层次、多阶段的协作项目进度控制模型,并就进度偏差的不同情况分析了协作项目的进度调度方法。该模型可以大大提高进度数据的收集和处理效率,以便盟主企业能及时作出决策、调整,使得进度计划仍能符合预定工期目标。Based on analyzing the definitions and characteristics of Schedule M anagenment of the networkbased manufacturing Project, gives a multi-levels and multi-phases schedule controlling model, then analyzes the methods to Schedule Management under the progress bias degress. This model can greatly improve the efo ficiecy of collecting and analyzing the proceeding data, so as for the core-company to make decisions timely and adjust its plan to prearranged goal of the project.
