摘　　要：目的探讨腘静脉肌袢代瓣术后患者的康复护理。方法859例静脉肌袢代瓣术后患者行腓肠肌按摩、关节锻炼和出院前活动指导并观察其效果。结果859例中794例(92.43%)获得随访,随访时间12-18个月。5例出现术后深静脉血栓形成,2例出现术后肌袢黏连,深静脉造影显示血管受压;其余患者肢体功能恢复良好。结论术后早期行康复护理有利于患肢功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical value of rehabilitation nursing after substitute popliteal vein valve operation. Methods Eight hundred and fifty-nine patients after substitute popliteal vein valve operation were given gastrocnemius massotherapy,joint exercise and guidance of movement before leaving hospital. Results Among the 859 cases, 794 cases were followed-up（ 92.43% ）for 12 -18 months. Five cases were suffered from deep vein thrombosis, and two cases were suffered from conglutination because of deep vein compression, other patients were all right. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing after the operation can do in favour of the recovery of affected limb.
