摘  要:研究了采用原位组合改性超细重钙不同填充量对复合材料力学性能的影响。研究表明:随改性超细重钙填充量的增加,PVC的抗冲击强度逐渐增强,肖氏硬度先降低后增大,但30份填充量时的抗冲击强度和肖氏硬度都最小。通过显微结构分析,探讨了原位组合改性超细重钙在PVC中的分布特征:20份和25份填充量超细重钙颗粒分布均匀、与PVC形成紧密的交联网状结构,进一步反映出填充量为25份时对增强PVC性能具有更好的效果。The effect of mechanical performance of PVC, filled with different quantity of superfine GCC by in situ combined modification, was studied. It's indicated that with the increace of modified superfine GCC, the impact strength of PVC increased and the Shore hardness reduced first and then increased.but the impact strength and Shore hardness of PVC filled with 30 share of modified superfine GCC was the lowest.Through analyzing the microstructure, the article has discussed how the modified superfine GCC distributed in PVC.Botb 20 and 25 share of modified superfine GCC distributed equally in PVC and it inosculated with PVC and the reticulating structure was formed. Also it reflected that the filled quantity of 25 share of modified superfine GCC for PVC was the best.
