基于SolidWorks的机床夹具通用零件库的建立

摘　　要：介绍了基于SolidW orks软件设计平台建立机床夹具通用零件库的方法和关键技术.首先,建立通用零件库的结构;然后,根据机床夹具的设计特点,以SolidW orks软件为平台,利用SolidW orks软件提供的常规建模方法以及特殊功能,建立通用零件的三维实体模型.最后将所建立的模型存入相应的文件夹.该方法有利于提高夹具设计效率和质量,可以在机床夹具设计行业推广.A method and key technology are introduced for building the graphics database of general parts of the clamps of machine tools based on Solidworks software platform. Firstly, the framework of the graphics database is built. Then, according to the method of designing the clamp, based on SolidWorks, utilizing the general modeling approach and the special capability provided by SolidWorks platform, the general three dimensional solid parts of the clamps of machine tools are modeled and graphics files are completed. Finally, the graphics files are saved in the corresponding folders. It is concluded that the present method is useful to improve the design efficiency and quality, and can be recommended in the clamp design field.
