摘　　要：提出以模糊综合评价模型为主线,用层次分析法确定各项指标权重的综合评价方法.二者相结合使评价方法更科学、精确,结合成灌高速公路实例介绍该模型的具体应用方法.The paper presents a new synthetic assessment method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）. The new method gives more scientific and accurate result. In the end the paper introduces the application of that model with the example of Chengdu - Dujiangyan express way.
