摘　　要：介绍了数字图书馆的概念及特点,分析了在数字图书馆建设中面临的著作权保护问题,指出了合理使用方式已不能解决著作权人与社会公共性之间的矛盾,探讨了数字图书馆环境下著作权行使的基本途径。Having introduced the concept and characteristic of the digital library, it analysed the copyright protection problem in digital library construction and pointed out that the rational operation can not solve the tradiction between copyright owner and society commom. The fundamental approach that copyright is progressed under digital library environment has been probed into .
