摘　　要：作者综述了肾CT、MR灌注成像的基本原理、方法及成像特点,表明灌注成像不仅能显示病变形态学方面的改变,还能了解其功能、代谢变化的信息。灌注成像尤其在肾肿瘤的影像诊断与鉴别诊断和评价肿瘤血流动力学、生物学行为等方面具有重要作用,有广阔的临床应用前景。This article is to review the basic principles of renal perfusion in CT and MR, imaging method and perfusion characteristics in kidney diseases. It shows that in addition to the morphologic information, perfusion imaging can also provide functional and metabolic information about the renal neoplasms, which is very helpful for not only the differential diagnosis, but also the evaluation of tumor biological behaviors,it will have a bright future in clinical application.
