Phenotypic Diversity of Chimonanthus praecox Germplasm in China

摘  要:以蜡梅全分布区的10个群体为试材,对10个表型性状进行比较分析,讨论群体间和群体内的表型多样性。方差分析表明:蜡梅表型性状在群体间和群体内均存在极其丰富的变异,10个性状在群体间的差异均达显著或极显著水平。10个性状的平均表型分化系数为39.40,群体内变异(55.13%)大于群体间变异(38.18%),说明群体内变异是蜡梅的主要变异来源。蜡梅表型性状与地理生态因子的相关分析表明:除纬度、年降雨量和部分性状有相关性外,其它性状和地理生态因子的相关性均不显著。利用群体间欧氏距离进行的UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,蜡梅野生群体可以划分为3类。An experiment was conducted to analyse the phenotypie diversities between and within populations in terms of ten phenotypie traits using ten populations of wintersweet from the whole distribution areas in China as experimental materials. Analysis of variance for all the traits shows that there are significant differences between populations and between individuals within populations. The mean phenotypie differentiation coefficient for the ten traits is 39.40, and the variation between populations (55.13 percent) is slightly higher than that within populations (38.18 percent), which indicate that the variance within population is the main part of the phenotytie variation of wintersweet. The correlations between the phenotypie traits of wintersweet and geographical and ecological factors are not significant except for latitude and annual rainfall. Chimonanthus praecox could be divided into three groups by UPGMA cluster analysis,
