东北虎混合日粮营养和表观消化率的测定

摘　　要：为了解圈养东北虎对主要营养成分的摄入量和利用率,对5只东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)的日粮进行了营养成分分析和表观消化率的测定。结果表明:虎对粗蛋白、脂肪、能量的表观消化率平均分别达(93.17±3.24)%、(98.36±0.62)%、(91.09±3.24)%;对干物质及灰分的表观消化率差异较大,平均分别为79.65%～93.74%,21.56%～73.77%。东北虎对粗蛋白、脂肪的每日摄入量分别为:(405.1±18.3)、(268.9±8.3)g,消化能为(22330.6±1181.9)kJ。A meat-based diet is given to five adult Siberian tigers （Panthera tigris altaica） to determine the daily macronutrient intake and the apparent digestibility of the tigers. Result showed that the apparent digestibilities of crude protein, fat and energy for all the tested tigers were （93.17 ± 3.24） %, （ 98.36 ± 0.62） % and （ 91.09 ± 3.24） %, respectively, and those of dry matter and ash were 79.65% ～ 93.74% , 21.56% ～ 73.77%, respectively. The daily intakes of crude protein and fat for an adult Siberian tiger were （405.1 ± 18.3 ） g and （268.9 ± 8.3 ） g, respectively, and the digestible energy of an adult Siberian tiger was （22 330.6 ± 1 181.9 ）kJ.
