Toxicity Test of Twelve Kinds of Low-toxin Insecticides to Three Species of Leaf-eating Insects in Poplar and Its Control Method

摘  要:为了有效、持续地控制舞毒蛾(Lymantria dispar Linnaeus)、黄褐天幕毛虫(Malacosoma neustriatestacea Motschulsky)、分月扇舟蛾(Clostera anastomosis Linnaeus)等杨树食叶害虫的危害,尽量避免害虫防治时破坏生态环境,采用低毒的仿生制剂、有毒植物提取液以及细菌杀虫剂等药剂对杨树食叶害虫进行了胃毒及触杀防治。其中,爱福丁、蛇麻子素对舞毒蛾幼虫的触杀效果最好,达到了94%以上;印楝素等7种杀虫剂对黄褐天幕毛虫幼虫的杀灭效果都达到了95%以上;苦参碱等7种生物或仿生杀虫剂对分月扇舟蛾幼虫的野外防治均达到了理想的杀虫效果,其死亡率均为100%。Low-toxin insecticide, the liquor extracted from virulent plants, and virus insecticide were used to control leaf-eating insects in poplar under the precondition of avoiding the destruction of ecological environment as far as possible aiming to effectively and continually control the damage of Lymantria dispar, Malacosoma neustria testacea Motschulsky, Clostera anastomosis to forests. Stomach poisoning and contact toxicity of the insecticides were determined. Results showed that the contact toxicities of Aifuding and Cnidiadin to Lymantria dispar were the best with a mortality rate over 94%. The toxicity effects of 7 kinds of pesticides ( such as Azadirachtin) on Malacosoma neustria reached 95%. Seven kinds of biopesticide such as Matrine had perfect toxicity effects on Clostera anastomosis with a mortality rate of 100%.
