摘  要:用浓度分别为0、0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5、4、4.5、5、6、7、8、9、10 mmol/L的叠氮钠(NaN3)处理雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis),6 d后用细胞计数测定致死率。然后取浓度分别为0、1、2、3、4、5、6mmol/L的NaN3处理过的存活细胞,经数代培养后以相同起始浓度在适宜条件下培养10 d,然后测定生长指标。结果表明:浓度为1 mmol/L的NaN3处理有利于促进藻细胞的生长,而其它浓度处理则对藻生长起抑制作用;但不同浓度处理都有利于促进虾青素的积累,其中又以1 mmol/L的NaN3处理后的虾青素含量最高,之后随处理浓度的增加虾青素量反而下降;结果还发现一定浓度的NaN3处理有利于提高藻耐高温的能力,但对耐低温能力影响不大。After mutaged by NaN3 with different concentration of 0,0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5,3,3.5,4,4.5,5,6,7,8,9,10 mmol/L, the lethal rate was measured in six days. The survivors after treated by NaN3 in concentration of 0,1,2,3,4,5, 6 mmol/L were cultivated for several generations and then inoculated at the same concentration for another ten days under its moderate condition,after that the biomass were measured. The results showed: NaN3 in its concentration of 1 mmol/ L was beneficial to cell's growth while other concentration brought inhibition to cell's growth ;But all treatments would promote the accumulation of astaxanthin and the amount reached the highest when NaN3 was 1 mmol/L and then declined with increasing concentrations. The results also showed NaN3 in its moderate concentration would improve the algae's ability to resist high temperature but to low temperature,it had no obvious effect.
