我国竞技体育管理体制改革内在动因的理性思考

摘　　要：内因是促进我国竞技体育管理体制改革的根本动力。通过分析我国竞技体育管理体制存在的几个主要问题,为从根本上解决这些内部问题,提出了体育组织社会化、运动项目协会实体化、优秀运动队高校化、专业运动员职业化、综合性运动会群体化等改革建议。The internal cause is the fundamental impetus for the reform in the administrative system of chinas Athletic sports. This paper has analysed several problems in the administrative system. In order to solve these questions radically,the author puts forward the direction of reformation , such as the socialization of Sport Organizations, the substantiation of sports events, the high education of excellent athletic teams, the Professionalization of special athletes and the community of general games.
