摘　　要：心腔内超声作为新的超声影像技术,正逐渐运用于心脏介入诊治过程中,它能得到较经食管超声更清晰的心脏结构图像,精确地监测、指导不同介入手术操作、器械使用过程,并且避免了经食管超声探头引起的咽部疼痛,也不需要全身麻醉,本文介绍了心腔内超声在不同心脏疾患介入诊治中运用的优势及进展。Intracardiac echocardiography is a new ultrasound imaging method that we are using during interventional cardiac procedures. This diagnostic method avoids the need for general anesthesia, achieves better views of the left heart structures, stretches balloon and device, and avoids the pharyngeal pain associated with the use of transesophageal probes. In this article, we demonstrate the superiority of intracardiac echocardiography over conventional transesophageal echocardiography in guiding transcatheter interventional procedures for different heart disease and recently application development.
