超声引导BD套管针在胸腔积液抽吸治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导BD套管针在胸腔积液抽吸治疗中的应用价值。方法在超声引导下应用16G BD套管针,运用经皮穿刺技术,对238例不同性质的胸腔积液患者行抽吸液体、冲洗、注射药物、置管引流等操作共297次。结果297次穿刺均一次成功,与超声引导普通金属套管针穿刺情况相比较,一次性穿刺成功率及治疗有效率明显提高,无气胸、血胸、复张性肺水肿等严重并发症发生。结论超声引导下应用BD套管针经皮穿刺抽吸治疗胸腔积液较超声引导普通金属套管针更简便、安全、高效,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of BD trochar for ultrasound - guided pleural aspiration treatment of pleural effusion. Methods Ultrasound - guided puncture aspiration was performed in 238 patients with pleural effusion by using 16G BD trochar, the 238 patients with pleural effusion in different nature underwent aspiration, liquid, washing, injecting medicine and draining. The total times of puncture was up to 297.Results All the punctures were successfully performed,and successful rate was 100%. Campared with common metallic catheter needle. Not only was the achievement rate improved obviously, but also the effective rate was improved greatly. What＇s more, the punctures were successful without pneumothorax, blood- pneumothorax , pulmonary adema, and other se- vere complications. Conclusions BD trochar for ultrasound- guided biopsies in treatment of pleural effusion should be popularized and used because it is more safe and effective than common metallic catheter needle.
