摘 要:基于琥乙红霉素对鲁米诺在铂电极上弱的电氧化发光信号的强增敏作用与流动注射技术的结合,建立了一种测定琥乙红霉素电化学发光分析方法。该法测定琥乙红霉素的检出限为7.2×10^-6g·L^-1,线性范围为8.0×10^-6~2.8×10^-3g·L^-1,相对标准偏差为2.4%(n=11)。方法已用于利君沙片剂中琥乙红霉素的测定。It was found that the weak signal of electro-oxidation of luminol at Pt-electrode was strongly sensitized by the presence of erythromycin ethylsuccinate and that under the optimum reaction conditions linear relationship between the peak values of chemiluminescence intensity and the concentrations of erythromycin ethylsuccinate was obtained in the range 8. 0 × 10^-6 -2.8 × 10^-3g · L^-1 with a detection limit of 7.2 × 10^-6g · L^-1 (S/N=3). Precision was tested at the concentration level of 5. 0× 10 ^-4g, L^-1 of erythromycin ethylsuccinate for 11 determinations, value of RSD found was 2. 4%. Base on these facts, a flow-injection electrochemical chemiluminescence determination of erythromycin ethylsuccinate was proposed and in application to the analysis of sample of drug tablets, results obtained were in consistency with the results obtained by spectrophotometry.
