摘  要:目的:观察低强度激光对衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化系统的影响。方法:以D-半乳糖致小鼠亚急性衰老,低强度激光照射处理后,取小鼠血液,测量其T-SOD活性、GSH、MDA含量,观察其变化。结果:与模型组比较,大剂量组(B组)的T-SOD活性显著提高(P<0.01),GSH含量升高(P<0.05),MDA含量则显著降低(P<0.01),小剂量组(C组)各项指标与模型组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:一定剂量的低强度激光可影响D-半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠抗氧化系统,增强抗氧化能力。Objective: To observe the effect on anti-oxidative system of the aging mice. Methods: Mice were aged caused by D-galactose. After these mice were irradiated by low intensity laser. The activity of SOD, the contents of GSH and MDA in blood of the mice were observed. Results: Low intensity laser irradiation can obviously promote the activity of SOD and the contents of GSH in blood, and also lower contents of MDA of aged model mice in B group. Conclusions: Some doses of low intensity laser irradiation can influence the antioxodative system and improve antioxidative ability of aging mice caused by D-galactose.
