摘　　要：从国内外经济发展趋势来看,绿色管理是企业战略对外在环境的创造性适应,是一种崭新的管理模式。绿色管理将会成为一场现代管理的革命,绿色管理将是未来全世界企业管理的主流。本文概括总结了西方大型工业企业实施企业绿色管理的策略,希望对我国企业管理有所启发和借鉴。Considering from the developing trend of economic home and broad, green management is a new type of management mode initiated from creative adaptability of strategy to the exterior environments. Green management will become a mainstream management mode that also means a global management revolution. The author summarized the main green methods and green policies taken in green management practices in the large-scaled western industrial corporations, hoping they would be inspiration and reference for our domestic enterprises.
