基于“SCP”理论范式的静脉产业负外部效应成因研究

摘　　要：本文运用产业经济学"SCP"研究范式对废品回收、资源再生产业(静脉产业)活动的负外部效应成因进行了分析。研究发现,不良的行业市场绩效,如行业利润率偏低、资源再流失、环境二次污染以及公众健康危害直接源于静脉企业特有的市场行为,而行业市场制度缺位和供给不足则是导致这类社会非理性行为的根本原因。The paper adopted the research canonical form of ＂SCP＂ belonged to industry economics to analyze the negative external effect origin from the business action of waste retrieving and resource renewing that had been also called ＂Vein Industry＂ in world. The research discovered that a series of unhealthy industrial performances, such as the lower industrial profit rate, renewable resource losing, environment secondary pollution and the harm to public health, are resulted from the special enterprise＇s market behaviors, and these social unreasonable behaviors＇ occurring is fundamentally due to the deficiency or vacancy of industry institution supply.
