摘  要:目的:探讨尿道下裂阴茎下弯畸形阴茎海绵体腹侧表面组织病理学特点,认识尿道下裂阴茎下弯形成机制,为临床治疗方案提供一定的依据。方法:以尿道下裂伴阴茎下弯23例为研究对象,3例隐匿性阴茎手术病例为对照组和3例躯体瘢痕病例,应用免疫组织化学SABC检测组织中α-SMA、TGFβ1的阳性表达情况。结果:尿道下裂组和瘢痕组α-SMA、TGFβ1表达强度均较对照组明显升高,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);尿道下裂轻度、中度及重度下弯三组之间无显著性差异。结论:尿道下裂并发阴茎下弯者,其阴茎海绵体腹侧表面及尿道板下组织为纤维索带,可能是阴茎下弯形成的病理学基础。Objective:To evaluate the pathological characteristics of tissues on the surface of cavernosa of ventral penis with ventral curvature and to investigate the etiology of congenital ventral curved hypospadias.Methods: α-smooth musle actin (α-SMA) ,transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1 ) in tissue sections of 23cases of hypospadias with penile ventral curvature, 3 concealed penis and 3 somatic scar were detected by immunohistochemical method of SABC.Result:The expressions of α -SMA ,TGF β 1 in hypospadic ventral areas were markedly higher than those in normal and scar tissues (P〈0.05).Conclusions: Rich fibrous tissues are present in the hypospadic specimens analysed, which possibly contributes to penile curvature of hypospadias.
