摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童股骨头骨软骨病(Legg-Perthes)术后的功能康复,减少并发症,提高生存质量。方法:对126例Legg-Perthes病术后患儿的功能康复护理进行回顾性分析、总结。结果:126例患儿术后全部获得随访,随访时间1～4年(平均2.2年)。大部分患儿康复满意,疗效按何继永等评定标准进行评价,优80例,良29例,一般7例,优良率占86.5%。结论:儿童Legg-Perthes病行改良Chiari术后早期功能锻炼,对于提高手术疗效,促进髋关节功能康复,防止肌肉萎缩、关节粘连及僵硬有重要作用。Objective：To discuss the postoperative function healing for children with Legg-Perthes and to reduce complication and improve the survival quality. Methods：The postoperative healing nursing for 126 children with Legg-Perthes were reviewed. Results：All 126 postoperative children were foilawed up,The time of follaw-up was about 1 to 4 years.With the average of 2.2 years.Most of the children had scdisfaetory healing.According to the standard reeommened by He Jiyong ,the curative effect was excellent in 80cases,good in 29cases,fair in 7,with the excellency rate of 86.5%. Conclusions：The early exercises in children with Legg-Perthes undergaing modified Chiari operation will improve the curative effect of surgery,Promote the functional recovery of hip anthresis,prevent muscle atrophy,adhesion and stiff arthrosis.
