摘 要:在HOAc-NaOAc缓冲介质中,阳离子表面活性剂(CS)与曙红Y(EY)或乙基曙红(EE)反应,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色褪色明显,最大褪色波长分别在514 nm和516 nm处,同时在548 nm和544 nm处有吸收峰.在最大褪色波长处阳离子表面活性剂的浓度与褪色程度呈良好线性关系,从而建立测定阳离子表面活性剂的光度法.在最大褪色波长处,CS的浓度在0~4.79×10-5mol/L范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数在2.75×104~3.41×104L/(mol.cm)之间,检出限在7.87×10-7~8.97×10-7mol/L之间.方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,用于水样中CS的测定,结果满意.In HCl-NaOAc buffer medium,cationic surfactants(CS) reacts with eosin Y(EY) or ethyl eosin(EE) to form an ion-association complex, the colors of solutions fade obviously, the maximum fading wavelength at 514 nm and 516 nm,besides, there is an absorption peak at 548 nm and 544 nm. The fading intensity is also proportional to the concentration.of cationic surfactants at the maximum fading wavelength, a sensitive spectrophotometric method is developed for determination of cationic surfactants. The concentration of CS in the range of 0 - 4.79 × 10^-5 mol/L obeys Beer' law at the maximum fading wavelength, the apparent molar absorptivity are from 2.75 × 10^4 L/(mol·cm) to 3.41 × 10^4 L/(mol·cm),the detection limit are from 7.87 × 10^-7 mol/L to 8.97× 10^-7 mol/L. The method has high sensitivity and fairly good selectivity, the method is applied to the determination of CS in water samples, with satisfactory results.
