摘  要:目的比较黔产毛郁金根茎水提取物(AE-A)与姜黄根茎水提取物(AE-L)的抗炎、镇痛作用及急性毒性。方法采用经典的抗炎、镇痛实验及LD50测定法。结果AE-A,AE-L均能明显抑制小鼠二甲苯致耳廓肿胀及棉球肉芽肿增生,AE-A作用稍强,且ig给药4 d对幼龄小鼠免疫器官指数均没有明显影响;AE-A,AE-L均能明显抑制小鼠扭体反应,其作用强度相似。AE-A,AE-L分别以2 g/kg(相当于毛郁金干燥原生药58.8 g/kg,姜黄干燥原生药62.5 g/kg)给小鼠24h ig 3次,观察7 d,小鼠全部存活;以ip给药,小鼠LD50分别为:1.84 g/kg(相当于毛郁金干燥原生药54.24 g/kg±6.27g/kg)和1.82 g/kg(相当于姜黄干燥原生药56.88 g/kg±6.51 g/kg)。结论毛郁金抗炎作用较姜黄稍强,镇痛作用相似,毛郁金的急性毒性与姜黄相似。实验结果为毛郁金的利用提供了一定的药理学基础。Objective To compare the anti - inflammatory, analgesic effects and the acute toxicity of the aqueous extract of rhizome of Curcuma aromatica ( AE - A) and the aqueous extract of rhizome of C. longn ( AE - L) from Guizhou. Methods To apply classical experimental methods of anti - inflammatory, analgesic test and LD50 test. Results AE - A and AE - L had obvious inhibitory effects on xylene - induced auricle edema and cotton pellet - induced granuloma formation of mice, and the effect on anti - inflammation of AE - A was a little bit stronger than that of AE - L. AE - A andAE - L had no obvious effect on index of youn- ger mice's immune organs by ig for 4 days. AE - A and AE - L could obviously decrease the numbers of writhes of mice caused by ip of acetic acid, and their effect was similar. The mice were given by ig at 2g/kg of AE - A and AE - L ( be equal to 58.8g/kg of dried herbs of C. aromatica and 62.5 g/kg of dried herbs of C. longn), three times in 24h, and no dead mouse was found after 7 days of observation. The LDso of AE - A and AE - L were 1.84 g,/kg ( be equal to 54.24 ± 6.27g/kg of dried herbs of C. aromatica ) and 1.82 g/kg ( be equal to 56.88 ± 6.51 g/kg of dried herbs of C. longn) by ip. Condusion The anti - inflammatory effect of C. aromatica is slightly stronger than that of C. longn. The effect on analgesic and the acute toxicity of C. aromatica is almost as strong as that of C. longn. The experimental results can provide a pharmacological basis for the use of C. aromatica.
