摘 要:目的建立测定青黛中靛玉红的含量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以spherisorb C18(4.6mm×200mm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1mol/L乙酸铵(65:35)为流动相,检测波长为280am,流速为1ml/min,柱温35℃。结果青黛中靛玉红的含量在5.98~59.8ug//ml范围内线性良好(r=0.9995)。平均回收率99.87%,RSD1.31%。结论该方法测定简便快速、可靠,可作为青黛中靛玉红含量的质量控制。Objective To establish the method of determination of indirubin from Indigo Naturalis. Methods HPLC was employed, which chromatographic column was spherisorb C18 (4.6 mm × 200 mm), mobile phase was methanol-0.1 mol/L of ammonium acetate, flow rate was 1 ml/min, detection wavelength was 280 nm and column temperature was 35℃. Results A good linear eorrelationship was obtained when indirubin content ranged from 5.98 ug/ml to 59.8 ug/ml(r =0. 999 5). Average recovery was 99.87%, RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, reliable and suitable for assay of indirubin from Indigo Naturalis.
