摘  要:目的优选以水为溶剂微波提取黄芪皂苷的工艺。方法以水为溶剂,采用正交设计法,考察药材粒径、微波功率、提取时间对提取工艺的影响,优选黄芪皂苷提取工艺,并与传统乙醇加热回流提取作比较。结果药材粒径和微波功率对黄芪皂苷提取率有高度显著影响(P<0.01),提取时间对提取率影响显著(0.05<P<0.10),实验得到黄芪皂苷微波水提最佳工艺为:黄芪60目,微波功率800 W,20倍量水提取2次,15 min/次。结论与传统乙醇加热回流提取法相比,微波水提能大大节省提取时间,降低提取成本,并有很好的黄芪皂苷提取率。Objective To explore the optimum microwave - extracting technology of saponins from Radix Astragali with water as the solvent. Methods To test the effect of microwave power, size of herb particle and extraction time on the extraction efficiency by the orthogonal design method. The optimal extraction process was obtained and compared with the process of traditional ethanol extraction. Results Microwave power and size of herb particle were the greatly significant factors ( P 〈 0.01 ). Extraction time had some effects on the extraction efficiency ( 0.05 〈 P 〈0.10). The best process was set as follows: The drug powder of 60 mesh was extracted twice for 15 minutes each, of which the quantity of water was 20 times of herbs and the power of microwave was 800 W. Conclusion Compared with traditional ethanol extraction, microwave - water - extraction can save extraction time, reduce extraction cost and has excellent extraction efficiency.
