摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下应用“微骨折”技术对膝关节全层关节软骨缺损修复的护理效果。方法对68例全层关节软骨缺损的患者，采用关节清理后应用“微骨折”技术进行处理。手术后常规护理，实施预防感染及下肢静脉血栓等并发症护理措施，并分步骤地进行康复训练及出院指导。结果术后随访6～18个月，平均8.6个月，患者关节疼痛显著减轻，关节功能改善。结论术后给予科学的护理，正确的康复指导，获得满意疗效。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of microfracture technology under artlaroscope for repairing articular cartilage defect of knee joint. Methods Mierofracture technology under arthroscope were carried out in 68 patients with full thickness articular cartilage defect, and regular nursing, which prevented some complications such as postoperative infection and thrombosis of low limbs, rehabilitative exercise, and leave - hospital guidance were carried out. Results The follow - up was carried out from 6 to 18 months with mean 8.6 months. The patient＇s pain were released , and joint faction was improved in all patients. Conclusion It is suggested that scientific nursing upon patients and right instruction of rehabilitative exercise have acquired satisfied effect.
