摘  要:目的观察叶下珠有效部位总提取物1次灌胃给药对中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响。方法叶下珠有效部位总提取物500,250,125 mg.kg-1次灌胃给药,观察该品对小鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间、戊巴比妥钠睡眠阈下剂量以及1次灌胃600,150 mg.kg-1对小鼠自主活动的影响;叶下珠有效部位总提取物47,470 mg.kg-1十二指肠给药,观察对杂种狗血压、呼吸、心率、心电图的影响。结果对小鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间、小鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠阈下剂量、小鼠自主活动均无影响。对狗血压、呼吸、心率、心电图(P-R间期、Q-T间期、T波)均无影响。结论叶下珠有效部位总提取物在所用剂量范围内,未出现对中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统有明显影响。Objective To observe the effects of total extracts of Yexiazhu on nervous system, cardiovascular system, and respiratory system in mice and dogs. Methods The times of freedom movement in mice , the effect on the hypnotic dosage and subthreshold hypnotic dosage of Pentobarbital Sodium in mice, the blood pressure, heart rates in dogs were observed. Results The blood pressure, heart beat rate, heart rhythm, respiratory rate, depth of respiration , freedom movement, hypnotic dosage and subthreshold hypnotic dosage of pentobarbital Sodium in animals had no obvious difference after given total extracts of Yexiazhu. Conclusion Total extracts of Yexiazhu in effective dose have no obvious influence on nervous system in mice, respiratory system and cardiovascular system in dogs.
