三黄油中冰片的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立三黄油质量控制方法。方法气相色谱法。PEG-20M为固定相，涂布浓度10％，柱长3m，检测器为FID．载气为氮气；色谱柱温：150℃。结果在1．0～5．0mg／ml的范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率100.7％，RSD为1．5％。结论该法简便高效，结果准确可靠，可用于三黄油的质量控制。Objective To establish a standard of controling the quality of Sanhuang oil. Methods The determination was carried out by GC. Chromatographic conditions were 10% PEG-20M as a stationary phase. The length of the column was 3 m. Flame ionization detector. The carrier gas was Nitrogen. The column temperature was 150℃. Results The linear relationship was good in the range of 1.0 -5.0 mg/ml . The average recovery was 100.7%, and the RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient,rapid,accurate and reliable. This method can be used to control the quality of Sanhuang Oil.
