摘  要:目的建立三黄油质量控制方法。方法气相色谱法。PEG-20M为固定相,涂布浓度10%,柱长3m,检测器为FID.载气为氮气;色谱柱温:150℃。结果在1.0~5.0mg/ml的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率100.7%,RSD为1.5%。结论该法简便高效,结果准确可靠,可用于三黄油的质量控制。Objective To establish a standard of controling the quality of Sanhuang oil. Methods The determination was carried out by GC. Chromatographic conditions were 10% PEG-20M as a stationary phase. The length of the column was 3 m. Flame ionization detector. The carrier gas was Nitrogen. The column temperature was 150℃. Results The linear relationship was good in the range of 1.0 -5.0 mg/ml . The average recovery was 100.7%, and the RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient,rapid,accurate and reliable. This method can be used to control the quality of Sanhuang Oil.
