摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定消炎退热颗粒中咖啡酸的含量。方法十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱（Alltima，5um，4．6min×250min）；流动相：乙腈-0．4％磷酸（13：87）；检测波长323nm。结果咖啡酸进样量在0．0387—0．3870ug范围内线性关系良好；r=0．9998（n=6），平均加样回收率为100，56％（n=6）；精密度RSD=1．36％（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Caffeic acid in Xiaoyan Tuire Granule. Methods The separation was carried out. ODS column （AIhima,5 um,4.6 mm × 250 mm） was used mobile phase of Acetonitrile - 0.4% Phosphoric acid （13： 87） and detection wavelength of 323 nm. Results The Caffeic acid samples showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.0387 - 0. 387 0 ug（ r = 0. 9998, n = 6）. The average recovery of the added sample was 100.56% （ n = 6） and method precision was RSD = 1.36% （n =6）, Conclusion The method is simple, available and accurate
