摘　　要：目的建立半夏及其伪品水半夏的紫外光谱鉴别方法。方法用中药鉴别紫外谱线组法进行实验。结果半夏及其伪品水半夏水浸液的紫外谱线组图像、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值具有明显差异。结论该法可用于半夏、水半夏的鉴别。Objective To establish a method for the identification of Rhizoma PineUiae from Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis. Methods Ultraviolet line method was adopted. Results The UV spectrum of the two herbal drugs gave different maximum absorption peaks -both in number and intendities. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate and can be used to distinguish one from the other.
