鼻渊舒胶囊对功能性鼻窦内窥镜术后术腔黏膜修复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻渊舒胶囊在功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术后促进术腔黏膜修复的辅助治疗作用。方法145例行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组75例,对照组70例,治疗组手术后除常规给抗生素、局部应用激素和术腔冲洗外,给鼻渊舒胶囊治疗;对照组手术后单纯给抗生素、局部应用激素和术腔冲洗,比较两组病例鼻腔黏膜修复情况。结果治疗组术腔清洁时间(平均1.3周)和上皮化时间(平均8周)均较对照组术腔清洁时间(平均2.1周)和上皮化时间(平均12周)明显提前。经2χ检验,两组疗效差异有统计学意义。结论鼻渊舒胶囊可以促进鼻内镜鼻窦手术后鼻黏膜修复,提高和巩固鼻窦手术的疗效;减少并发症,减少抗生素、激素等药物的疗程,无毒、副作用及不良反应。Objective To investigate the adjuvant effect of BiYuanShu capsule on patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS） for restoring operated area. Methods 145 cases after functional endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into treatment group （75 cases） and control group. Patients in treatment group were administrated with antibiotic , steroid and douche for operative area and BiYuanShu capsule. Control group were given antibiotic , steroid and douche for operated area. Results Clean time of operated area and epithelization time of treatment group were shorter than those in control group. It has obvious difference in statistics. Conclusion BiYuanShu capsule can accelerate recovery of nasal mucosa after functional endoscopic sinus surgery, raise and consolidate the effect of FESS, diminish complication and shorten the time of antibiotic and steroid. BiYuanShu capsule doesn＇t have harm, secondary effect and untoward reaction.
