木樨科女贞属植物主要化学成分及药理作用研究概况

摘　　要：木樨科女贞属植物在我国西南地区作为苦丁茶广泛应用,其保健功能及药用价值逐步得到重视。该文就近年来国内外对木樨科女贞属植物女贞、小叶女贞、日本毛女贞、粗壮女贞、紫茎女贞的化学成分及药理学研究进展进行综述,认为深入系统对其进行降血压、降血脂、抗氧化及减肥等药理作用及化学成分的研究和探讨,展示其将有着重要的应用前景。Ligustrum has been widely used as Kuding Cha in the southeast of Chin. The health care and officinel function of Ligustrum has been gradually recognition. The article summarized the globle research advancement is chemical constituents and pharmacologic action of L. lucidum Ait , L. quihoni Carr , L. japonicum Thumb, L. robustum （ Roxb ） Blume and L. purpurascens Y. C. Yang, considered that Ligustrum has a good effect in some aspects, such as the effect of anti -hypertension, the effect of reducing blood lipids, the effect of anti -oxidation,the effect of losing weight and so on. It will have a brilliant prospect in systematic and thoroughly study on Ligustrum＇s chemical constituents and pharmacologic action.
