摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)主要与感染、免疫等因素有关,其治疗药物有氨基水杨酸类、肾上腺皮质激素类、免疫抑制剂、抗感染药与益生菌、生物制剂、中药等。目前UC的治疗以抗炎和调节免疫反应为主。近年来研究发现细胞因子(肿瘤坏死因子、干扰素、白介素等)与UC的发生密切相关,因而生物制剂的研究与应用日益受到重视。Ulcerative colitis （UC） is main related to the factors of infection, immunity, etc. The principal medications treating UC include aminosalicylic acid agents, corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, antimicrobials and beneficial bacteria, biological therapy, Chinese medicine and so on. At present it mainly contains anti - inflammatory and immune regulation in the treatment of UC. In recent years, the study has suggested that cytokine （tumor necrosis factor, interferon, interleukin, etc） is closely related to the development of UC, and thus the research and application of biological agents have received increasing attention.
