摘　　要：介绍李宝珍从医三十余年,对小儿疾病的认识和治疗有独到的辨治心法,如以“健脾和胃、兼以消导法”治疗脾胃病,以“微苦微辛、轻以去实法”治疗外感咳喘,以“豁痰镇惊、和阳熄风法”治疗小儿多动症等。并报道了胃脘痛(慢性胃炎)、外感咳喘(咳嗽变异性哮喘)和躁动(多动综合征)3例临床验案。Dr. Li Bao -Zhen has been engaged in medicine （or more than 30 years. On the basis of the Predecessors＇research, she has formed her original research and recognition on differentiation of syndromes and treatment about children＇s diseases, for example, using invigorating the spleen regulating the stomach and promoting digestion method to treat spleen and stomach disease, using little bitter little pungent and light to get rid of excess method to treat exogenous cough and asthma and using eliminating phlegm camling convulsion attempering yang and calming wind method to treat hyperkinetic syndrome of children. The author selects three clinical cases to report in this article.
