摘 要:目的 了解代谢综合征及各成分在青春后期男生中流行情况,为预防和控制肥胖及代谢综合征提供依据。方法 选择北京市14-16岁男生1012名,测量身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖。按照中国儿童青少年超重、肥胖BMI分类标准,观察不同体重组代谢综合征及各成分流行情况。结果 除血糖外,不同体重组代谢综合征各成分差异均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.01),各成分异常率肥胖组显著高于超重组和正常组(P值均〈0.01)。不同体重组各成分异常率不同,以高血压和中心型肥胖最常见。超重和肥胖组已有40%以上个体有至少1项代谢综合征成分异常,肥胖组代谢综合征检出率为14.55%。结论 BMI升高后,代谢综合征及各成份异常显著增加。应预防和控制体重,控制BMI升高。Objective To estimate the frequency of metabolic syndrome(MS) and its component among post-pubertal boys, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of MS and obesity. Methods The sample including 1 012 boys aged 14 - 16 were recruited from seven secondary schools in Dongcheng District of Beijing.Their weight, height, waist circumference and blood pressure were measured. Serum lipids and fasting glucose were measured. The frequency of MS was assessed with IDF criteria. Results Except blood glucose level, different MS components were found in different groups( P 〈 0.01), and the prevalence rate of MS was different with the most common component of hypertension and abdominal obesity. The overall frequency of MS component was over 40% in overweight and obesity boys. The prevalence of MS was 14.55% in obesity group. Conclusion Metabolic syndrome and abnormal component are increasing after the increase of BMI. Body weight should be controlled so as to prevent the increase of BMI.
