摘　　要：北宋的西北边区处于宋夏边防要冲,民族成分复杂,对北宋的国家安全具有重要意义。宋政府根据形势需要,灵活务实地颁布了一系列民事经济法令来调整边区蕃汉民众的经济生活。这些法令的实施,促进了蕃汉民众之间的经济交流,对西北边区的安宁稳定和经济发展起到了重要作用。The northwest border area of North Song lied in border defense strategic area between North Song and West Xia. Complicated races component in this area was very important to North Song＇s national security. Song government flexibly enacted a series of civil and economic statutes according to the situation in order to adjust the minority＇s and Han＇s economic life. The implementation of these statutes promoted the economic exchange between Han people and minorities and played an important role to the peaceful stability and economic development in the northwest border area.
