穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃肠激素影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃动素、胃泌素含量的影响,探讨穴位贴敷治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机理。方法:40只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组和治疗组共4组,采用喂养0.02%的氨水诱发慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型。治疗组选取足三里穴、中脘穴进行穴位贴敷治疗,对照组选用胃苏冲剂灌胃。治疗结束后,观察穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃动素、胃泌素的影响。结果:穴位贴敷和对照药物均可增加血清胃泌素含量,降低血浆胃动素含量;结果提示穴位贴敷优于对照药物。结论:穴位贴敷可促进胃泌素的分泌,具有粘膜营养作用;显著升高血浆胃动素水平,具有调节胃肠蠕动作用。而且穴位贴敷的疗效明显优于对照药物,其作用可能是通过调节胃肠激素,增加细胞保护作用而实现的。Objective： To observe the effect on motilin, gastrin by acupoint application on rats with chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）, In order to explore the prohable action mechanism of acupoint application for CAG. Method： 40 rats divided into 4 group in random, that is blank group, model group, control group and therapy group. Using 0.02 % ammonia solution as drinking water caused the model of CAG, Applied acupoint application on points Zusanli and Zhongwan in therapy group and filled with Weisu Chongji in control group. Measured the rats＇ motilin （MTL）, gastrin （Gas） after treatment, Result. After treatment, in both therapy group and control group, the rats＇ Gas increased remarkable, as well as MTL decreased sharply. From the result, we can learn that the therapy group is much better than control group, Conclusion. Acupoint application has good effect on CAG by regulating the level of gastrointestinal hormones. This experiment indicate that acupoint application can improving Gas, restraining MTL to improve cell protection for CAG.
