河南省蝙蝠科3种蝙蝠的核型研究

摘　　要：采用取骨髓蒸汽固定法对河南省蝙蝠科3种蝙蝠的核型进行研究.结果:大棕蝠的染色体数为2n=50,N.F=48,与南蝠有较为近似的核型;普通长翼蝠的染色体数为2n=46,N.F=50;毛腿鼠耳蝠的染色体数为2n=44,N.F=52.本文研究的3种蝙蝠中,毛腿鼠耳蝠为河南省新记录,大棕蝠的核型为国内首次报道.The karyotypes of three species of Vespertilionidae bats from Henan Province were studied by means of bone marrow cell and steam-fixation. The results showed that Eptesicus serotirus which had the similar karyotype with Ia io has a diploid chromosome number of 50 and a fundamental number of 48; Miniopteru schreibersi has 2n= 46, N. F= 50 and Myotis fimbriatus has 2n=44 and N. F=52. Of all the three species of Vespertilionidae bats studied in this article, M. fimbriatus is the new records in Henan Province,and the karyotype of E. serotirus is reported for the first time in China.
